• The OneSpace Resident App allows you to invite visitors quickly and easily through a pre-authorisation process.

• The two-touch process has been purpose designed for simplicity, speed and convenience. 

• As residents become comfortable with the new system additional features and functionality will be released onto the app.

Register on the App for Fourways Gardens

• Each resident has to be verified and approved to allow visitors onto the Estate. This is for your own safety and security as database information becomes outdated over time.

• After downloading the app you will be required to register and request authorisation to be linked to the Estate system. 

  NOTE – only residents that have successfully enrolled in the new access control system will be eligible for authorisation on the new app.

• If you have not registered please can you urgently come through to the management office to be enrolled.

Using the App: Genetrating Pins for visitors

• The OneSpace App has been purpose designed to quickly and conveniently generate a PIN for your guests.

• The OneSpace app DOES NOT require that you select which Phase you are in.

• We have some exciting new functionality that is being released after the initial deployment to further assist with access control between the two phases.
