Creating Exit Only PINs

To further streamline the exit process at both phase 1 and phase 2 the estate will be implementing a new feature that allows the creation of an "Exit only” PIN. This PIN will be created when there is a guest inside the Estate that has overstayed their incoming PIN validity period or entered as a passenger and would like to exit on their own.

Implementation Date: 7th October 2021

Important Notes:

  1. The Resident app will be updated and available for download on Wednesday the 6th after 14:00.

  2. Exit Only PINs can only be created for visitors already inside the estate

  3. By default the app will create normal entry and exit PINs

  4. Only by selecting the “Exit only” tick box will an Exit only PIN be created

  5. You are able to delete an Exit only PIN should it be unnecessary after it has been created

  6. An Exit only PIN will remain valid until 00:00 on the day it was created for

The OneSpace App remains the same and the steps to create PINs is as before. To create an Exit only PIN

1. Open the OneSpace App

2. Select “New PIN”

3. In the optional comments line add the reason for the visit.  This is a not a mandatory field.

  • If you are requesting a contactor PIN please type “Contractor”

4. Choose the date of the visit

5. Select “Submit”

6. Select the Exit only tick box. It will change colour and show the tick once selected
