
How to Use the App
Step 1:
Generating a pin
The OneSpace App has been purpose designed to quickly and conveniently generate a PIN for your guests.
1. Open the OneSpace App
2. Select “New PIN”
3. In the optional comments line add the reason for the visit. This is a not a mandatory field.
If you are requesting a contactor PIN please type “Contractor”
4. Choose the date of the visit
5. Select “Submit”
Please Note
The OneSpace app DOES NOT require that you select which Phase you are in.
We have some exciting new functionality that is being released after the initial deployment to further assist with access control between the two phases.
The PIN is only valid for the day that it was issued for and will expire at 00:00
Step 2:
Sharing a Pin
Once created the PIN is quick and easy to share.
1. Simply select the “Share PIN” button
2. Select the app that you want to share the pin with. Options include:
a) SMS
b) WhatsApp
c) E-mail
Step 3:
Managing Pins
It is possible to manage PINs after they have been generated by the app.
To do this follow these steps:
1. Select “History” from the top Menu
2. Refresh the list to ensure that it is current
3. Select the tick of the PIN entry that you would like to review
4. If you would like to share it again – select the “Share” button
5. If you would like to cancel it select the “Cancel” button
Please Note: If your visitor has arrived and is already on the Estate then the visit cannot be cancelled.
